Coffee Recipe of the Week: Mocha Ice Popsicles

In this new feature, #coffeerecipeswe will introduce you to a new coffee-themed recipe each week. Now not only can you drink your KLINK Coffee, you can prepare delicious food with it too! 


How delicious do these Mocha Ice Popsicles look? Try this quick and easy recipe the next time you are craving a coffee flavoured treat! All you will need is:

  • 2 1/2 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 4-5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup half-and-half (or Almond Milk for the healthier alternative)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of, salt


Step 1:
In a medium bowl whisk the coffee, sugar and cocoa until the sugar has dissolved. Whisk in half-and-half (or Almond Milk), vanilla and salt until combined.

Step 2:
Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
